MAP School and Learning Center Construction Program in Africa

Research by UNESCO and The World Bank shows that lack of education is an epidemic in most African countries with that continent being home to 43% of the world’s out of school children. Two out of five children in Africa do not have access to primary school; furthermore many African nations lack proper schooling facilities and education resources.

The World Bank research also shows that education is one of the most powerful instruments in reducing poverty and inequality; and it lays a foundation for sustained economic growth.

MAP partners with local NGOs in various African countries to build schools and learning centers, as well as to provide educational resources for the impoverished children of Africa.
