MAP HOPE Children’s Home in Cambodia

HOPE Children’s Home (HOPE CH) is a loving and nurturing home for orphaned and neglected Cambodian children, located in the village of Break Bonggong in the Kandal Province. MAP opened HOPE CH in 2011, with the vision to assist the children in achieving their highest potential as they grow to become confident, competent, and caring individuals.

Currently, HOPE CH is home to 22 boys and girls. We strive to raise these children as our own, providing them with a family-like environment. We teach them good moral values and they live in accordance with Cambodian religion and culture.

Our children attend public school and are also engaged in extracurricular activities through our Education Outreach Program (Link to Education Program). The Program offers English, Khmer, math, computer, art, music, boxing, swimming, soccer, and various personal development and wellness workshops, such as: leadership training, emotional development, and sexual education.

The education combined with a caring upbringing provide the children with the tools they need to potentially become leaders in their future professions, and also positively influence the development of their community and country.
